A 100-minute show includes exploring the exposition with our space guide, a live lecture - journey through the starry sky, watching a film or cartoon in the Star Theater, visiting the VR zone, free time to explore the exposition and get answers to your questions.
How can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets on our website. For that, you need to choose the show, date and time and get acquainted with the Public Offer Agreement and Visitor Guidelines.
After choosing the seats in the Star Theater, you should fill in your contact data and make a payment.
E-tickets will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Can I exchange or refund tickets?
We can exchange your tickets for another show or refund their cost.
You can request a refund no later than 2 hours before the show.
For doing this, you need to email the tickets you have received after payment and the receipt of payment to planetarium@noosphere.com.
The cost of the tickets will be returned to the card you have used to pay.

Can I buy tickets locally in the Planetarium?
Tickets can be purchased in any way convenient for you: online on the website or directly before the event from our administrators.
What age can you visit the Planetarium?
The recommended age for visiting the Planetarium is 4 years old and up, because a younger child may get frightened by darkness and loud sound in the Star Theatre. Every visitor needs a ticket!
Can my children visit the Planetarium on their own?
Little space lovers aged 4-12 years must be accompanied by adults.
If I have tickets for a specific time, is it possible to arrive early?
There is a certain time between our shows so that all guests could explore the interactive exhibition, buy a space souvenir to remember and enjoy goodies. We also use this time to prepare an exhibition for your arrival. Therefore, we are waiting for you no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of the show!
Does the Planetarium have an air raid shelter?
We care about our guests, so after the announcement of an air alert in the city, the space guides of Planetarium Noosphere invite everyone to the equipped shelter. When the alarm is set off, the show continues. If the air alert lasts longer than the show, we will offer to reschedule your visit to another date and time convenient for you.
Can I book an individual or group tour?
We offer closed group shows for educational institutions, during which young astronomers will gain new knowledge through exciting space travel, as well as private events. Anniversary, romantic date, engagement - we guarantee that these important events will be special, as our approach to each event is individual!
