RULES FOR VISITING THE PLANETARIUM
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Rules for visiting the Planetarium (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Commercial Code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine: "On Consumer Rights Protection", "On Copyright and Related Rights", “On Personal Data Protection”, Resolutions of the CMU "On the approval of the rules of population household service", other normative legal acts, regulate the relations for the provision of services when visiting the building of the municipal communal institution of culture "Dnipro Planetarium" - Planetarium (St. Krutohirny Uzviz 10, Dnipro) between the Visitors (hereinafter - "Visitors" or "Visitor") and the Planetarium represented by the NGO "AEROSPACE MUSEUM CENTER FOR YOUTH CULTURE AND EDUCATION" (hereinafter referred to as the Planetarium Administration).
1.2. These Rules establish the procedure for Visitors service and the rules for the behavior of Visitors at all events in the Planetarium: shows (sessions) of cultural, educational and scientific direction, demonstrations of cultural, educational and scientific content (films, including animation), thematic lectures, meetings, concerts, performances, master classes and other cultural, educational and scientific events, forums, exhibitions, etc. (hereinafter - Events).
1.3. All restrictions and prohibitions specified in these Rules are established by the Planetarium solely for the purpose of preventing the presence on the territory of the Planetarium of people and objects that could potentially serve as a threat of harm to other Visitors and/or employees of the Planetarium, their property and the property of the Planetarium, or prevent immediate evacuation of Planetarium Visitors in case of emergencies.
2. PREMISES AND WORKING HOURS OF THE PLANETARIUM
2.1 Premises of the Planetarium: Star Theater is a domed hall equipped with audiovisual equipment, designed for 73 seats and intended for holding cultural and entertaining Events, provided that Visitors purchase Tickets for the Event (Events). Cloakroom is a room for storing outerwear of Planetarium Visitors during their visit to the Event(s). The exhibition area (foyer) is the central hall of the Planetarium building, where exhibits, thematic exhibitions, exhibition equipment are placed. The waiting area is an area of the Planetarium building designated for waiting and equipped with sofas/food court. Educational and entertaining virtual reality (VR) zone and interactive classroom is an area equipped with audiovisual equipment intended for conducting Events (classes, master classes, lectures) provided that Visitors purchase Tickets for the Event (Events). The administrator's reception desk is the Planetarium Administrator's workplace.
2.2. Planetarium working hours: daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., according to a joint program agreed with the Department of Humanitarian Policy of the Dnipro City Council and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the Planetarium holds Events for temporarily displaced people who stay in Dnipro city free of charge.
2.3 The working mode of the Planetarium may be changed in case of necessity, which is indicated on the Site, information boards in the Planetarium, information materials in mass media/ social networks.
3. TICKET PURCHASE POLICY. TICKET REFUND
3.1. The purchase of Tickets to the Planetarium Events is carried out online on the Planetarium's website located at https://dnipro.new.planetarium.com.ua/. In case of purchasing the Tickets online, only cashless payment is available.
3.2. Attending Planetarium Events is possible in case each Visitor has a digital or paper Ticket.
3.3. The procedure for ordering group visits to Events in the Planetarium, booking, holding individual and/or collective tours/Events for Visitors is agreed with the Planetarium Administration by concluding separate agreements/contracts and/or orders.
4. ACCESS MODE
4.1. Visitors are admitted to the Planetarium not earlier than the time specified in the Ticket and only after the Planetarium Administrator / Authorized Person has checked the Ticket in paper or digital form with the corresponding barcode.
4.2. Some Events at the Planetarium may have age restrictions set by the Planetarium Administration and/or content producers (including films).
4.3. Age restrictions are necessarily placed in the descriptions of the relevant Event on the Planetarium Website and on the Planetarium Information Poster.
4.4. When selling a Ticket for the Event and/or when checking the Ticket before the Event, which has age restrictions for the audience, the Cashier and/or Administrator of the Planetarium / Authorized person has the right to ask the age of the Visitor, and the Visitor undertakes to present to the Cashier and/or Administrator of the Planetarium / The authorized person a document confirming the age of the Visitor.
4.5. Visitors who are subject to age restrictions may be denied the sale of Tickets to the specified Event and/or attendance at the Event in case of discrepancy between the Visitor's age and the age limit of the Event.
4.6. Children under 4 (four) years of age are not recommended to visit the Star Theater and other locations of the Planetarium.
4.7. Children aged from 4 (four) to 12 (twelve) years old are allowed to visit the Planetarium exclusively accompanied by parents, legal representatives or persons replacing them according to the legislation of Ukraine, or adults who accompany them and have the right to purchase Tickets for the Event if separate tickets for each person are available.
4.8. It is forbidden to leave children under 12 years old unattended during the entire visit to the Planetarium Event(s).
4.9. Children over 12 (twelve) years old are allowed to visit the Planetarium on their own, provided that parents, legal representatives, persons replacing them in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, or an adult accompanying them, are fully responsible for the life, physical and mental (emotional) condition of the children and their actions.
4.10. Accompanying persons can wait for the child in the Waiting Area without a separate Ticket and the opportunity to get acquainted with the Exposition Zone of the Planetarium and the passage to the Star Theater/ other locations of the Planetarium.
4.11. Admission to the Star Theater/ Virtual Reality (VR) Educational Visual Space and Interactive Classroom is regulated by the Planetarium Administrator and is by invitation only.
4.12. It is forbidden to enter the Star Theater after the start of the session.
4.13. The visitor is obliged to take a seat in the Star Theater according to the row number and seat specified in the Ticket. In the Star Theater, it is forbidden to transfer to seats other than those specified in the Ticket.
4.14. The Visitor is obliged to keep the purchased Ticket until the end of the Event and present it to the representative of the Administrator and/or the Authorized Person at the first request.
4.15. If the Visitor needs to leave the Event during its performance and return later, he must present the ticket at the request of the Administrator and/or the Authorized Person.
4.16. If the Visitor is late for the start of the Event, the entrance to the Star Theater is carried out only during breaks / intermissions (if available). The price (cost) of the ticket for the missed part of the event is not refundable.
4.17. The Visitor's stay in the Planetarium is limited to 100 (one hundred) minutes per Event and based on the Ticket.
4.18. If less than 2 (two) tickets for the Event are sold 10 (ten) minutes before the start of the Event, the Planetarium Administration may cancel the Event. The Visitors will be refunded the entire price (cost) of attending the Event, specified in the Ticket, or may be offered an exchange of Tickets for another Event.
5. RULES FOR THE CLOAKROOM USE
5.1. Leaving things for storage to the cloakroom is confirmed by issuing a number token to the Visitor.
5.2. By taking the number token, the Visitor agrees to the Rules for using the cloakroom defined by these Rules.
5.3. The cloakroom attendant and the Administration of the Planetarium are not responsible for belongings (money, mobile phones, documents, keys, etc.) left in the pockets of outerwear or in other things deposited by the Visitor.
5.4. The following items are not accepted for storage: money, valuables, keys, mobile phones, tablets, women's / men's handbags, animals, as well as things that can stain the clothes of the Visitors or the place of storage.
5.5. The cloakroom attendant is not obliged to check the rights of the number token holder (Visitor) to receive things. The right to receive outerwear is certified by providing a number token.
5.6. In case of danger of loss or damage to things, the cloakroom attendant has the right to change the method, place of storage and other conditions without waiting for the consent of the person who deposited the things.
5.7. Visitors who leave their things in the cloakroom for storage must pick them up within 15 (fifteen) minutes after the end of the session.
5.8. In case the Visitor who deposited the items loses the number token, the items shall be returned only after compensating the price (value) of the token to the Planetarium by the Visitor, and if the Visitor who claims to receive the things has an identity document (passport, visa, driver's license, etc.), in the presence of the Planetarium Administrator. The return of things must be formalized by an appropriate act. At the same time, the Visitor, who claims to receive items, is obliged to confirm that the things belong to him (receipts, distinctive features of the thing, etc.).
5.9. For things not claimed and/or forgotten by Visitors, the cloakroom attendant shall describe them in the presence of the senior administrator and hand them over for safekeeping.
6. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE PREMISES OF THE PLANETARIUM
6.1. Bringing any kind of firearms, gas or cold steel weapons to the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, regardless of the availability of documents entitling to bear them, except for law enforcement officers who have service weapons and visit the Planetarium on official business.
6.2. Bringing into the premises (locations) of the Planetarium special means (gas canisters, electric shock devices, etc.), piercing, cutting, large-sized items, large packages and other items that can be used to cause bodily harm, pyrotechnic products, explosive, radioactive, flammable, poisonous and caustic substances and things with an unpleasant odor, laser pointers, any aerosols, beverages in any container, alcoholic drinks and drugs.
6.3. Bringing and consuming food and beverages purchased in any other public catering establishments, supermarkets, shops, etc. in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
6.4. Entering into the premises (locations) of the Planetarium with bicycles, skates, strollers, sleds, on roller skates, in dirty clothes and in a state of alcoholic, toxic, drug intoxication, in a manner that offends human dignity or violates the moral principles of society.
6.5. Drinking low-alcohol and alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
6.6. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes (vaporizers)/ is strictly prohibited in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
6.7. Gambling (playing cards, etc.) in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, which is prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
6.8. Staying in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium with animals.
6.9. Violating the silence, using obscene language, lying down on places intended for sitting, putting your feet on the backs of chairs and tables, talking loudly during Events in the Planetarium, using mobile communication devices, as well as other devices. The mobile phones must be muted during the Events.
6.10. Littering and/or throwing foreign objects, including pyrotechnic products, in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, as well as carrying out other actions that violate the procedure for holding Events in the Planetarium.
6.11. Screaming or performing other actions that degrade dignity of participants of an Event, the Visitors, as well as limiting or violating the rights of other Planetarium Visitors otherwise.
6.12. Wearing or displaying signs or other symbols aimed at inciting racial, social, national and religious enmity.
6.13. Staying in the passages, on the stairs or in the evacuation areas during the Events, creating obstacles to the movement of the participants of the Events, climbing fences, parapets, lighting devices, platforms for sound-amplifying equipment and television filming, masts, roofs, supporting structures, damaging facilities and elements of building design, other equipment, to cause damage to the Planetarium's property.
6.14. Creating obstacles to the work of the Planetarium's employees and entering the Star Theater, as well as other service and technical premises, without the permission of the Planetarium Administration.
6.15. Trading, making inscriptions, posting and distributing advertisements, posters and other informational products without the written permission of the Planetarium Administration.
6.16. Littering and scattering various objects (wraps, chewing gum, bottles, napkins, food leftovers, etc.), leaving things, bags, packages and other hand luggage unattended on the territory of the Planetarium.
6.17. Taking photos and/or videos, using any equipment during the Event without the permission of the Administration.
6.18. During the event, it is forbidden to get up from your seat, to move from the place specified in the ticket to another place.
6.19. It is forbidden to leave children under 12 years of age unattended during the entire visit to the Planetarium.
7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES WHEN VISITING THE PLANETARIUM
7.1. The visitor has the right and undertakes to:
7.1.1. Attend the Event (Events) specified in the Ticket purchased by the Visitor, and to receive high-quality services.
7.1.2. The Visitor has the right to receive information about the Event(s) in the Planetarium and other services available in the Planetarium, as well as information about the discount system, certificates and/or subscriptions.
7.1.3. The Visitor has the right to make comments and suggestions regarding the activities of the Planetarium.
7.1.4. The Visitor undertakes to comply with these Rules, the rules of fire safety and public order.
7.2. The Administration of the Planetarium has the right and undertakes to:
7.2.1. Carry out a public showing of the Events according to the schedule of the Planetarium, to provide the Visitor with information about the Events and the Planetarium for familiarization.
7.2.2. Carry out a visual inspection of Visitors, in order to comply with these Rules and ensure safety, and exclude the fact of bringing prohibited items into the Planetarium.
7.2.3. Refuse the Visitor to attend the Event (without compensation for the price (cost) of attending the Event specified in the Ticket) on the following grounds:
- Violation of these Rules by the Visitor;
- the Visitor's disobedience to the legal requirements of the Planetarium Administration or security staff, law enforcement officers (including patrol police, security police);
- the Visitor is in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, toxic intoxication, looking the way that offends human dignity;
- the Visitor is attending the Event in untidy, dirty clothes and / or in clothes with an unpleasant smell;
- inappropriate, aggressive behavior of the Visitor.
7.2.4. Stop the Event in case of emergency situations or circumstances, threat to the health and life of Visitors, threat of material damage to Planetarium property.
7.2.5. Delay the start of the Event if it is necessary to take additional security measures without compensation for the price (cost) of attending the Event specified in the Ticket.
7.2.6. Force the Visitor to leave the Event and the premises (locations) of the Planetarium without the right to return or refund the price (cost) of visiting the Event specified in the Ticket in case of use and / or distribution of narcotic, toxic, psychotropic substances, alcoholic abuse, aggression by the Visitor towards other persons, disturbance of public peace or violation by the Visitor of one or more provisions of these Rules. In this case, the Visitor must immediately leave the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.1. In case of violation of these Rules by the Visitor, the Planetarium Administration may refuse the Visitor to attend the Event(s) of the Planetarium, further service, return and/or sale of the Tickets to the Event(s) of the Planetarium without any explanation, and the Visitor may be removed from the premises (locations) of the Planetarium without any monetary compensation.
8.2. In case of violation of generally accepted rules and norms of behavior, namely: obscene language, aggressive behavior, violation of silence in the Planetarium and during the Events in the Planetarium, use of objects that create a noise effect and interfere with other Visitors of the Planetarium, as well as violation of the requirements of these Rules specified in Section 6 of the Rules, the Planetarium Administration (Planetarium employees / security) has the right to ask such a Visitor to leave the premises (locations) of the Planetarium and has the right to call law enforcement agencies (patrol police units, security police), whose representatives can remove the offender. In this case, the Administration of the Planetarium does not compensate the price (cost) of the Ticket purchased by the Visitor.
8.3. The Visitor is obliged to treat the property of the Planetarium with care, prevent its damage, breakage, not to make inscriptions on the property of the Planetarium, as well as to perform other actions that interfere with the normal conduct of the Events, to keep the premises (locations) of the Planetarium clean and tidy.
8.4. In case of damage or impairment of the Planetarium's property, the guilty parties are obliged to compensate the damage in full.
8.5. The cost of material damage for certain types of Planetarium property (exhibits, equipment/facilities interior decoration, etc.) can be indicated in the Information about the Planetarium.
8.6. For drinking alcoholic beverages, beer,
low-alcohol beverages, smoking, including electronic cigarettes / vaporizers in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, the Visitor may be removed from the premises (locations) of the Planetarium without monetary compensation for the price (cost) of the Ticket.
8.7. If the number token is lost from the cloakroom, the Visitor shall reimburse its price (cost) in the amount of 50 UAH.
8.8. The Planetarium Administration shall not be liable in the following cases:
8.8.1. For damage caused to Visitors due to their negligence, as a result of the Visitors' violation of the of safety requirements, fire safety, public order and these Rules.
8.8.2. For damage related to deterioration of health, if the Visitor's health condition has deteriorated as a result of an acute illness, aggravation of an injury or a chronic disease that the Visitor has before visiting the Event.
8.8.3. For damage to health, belongings, moral damage caused to the Visitor:
- by third parties, including other Visitors to the Planetarium;
- due to improper use of the Planetarium property by the Visitors;
- due to the proper fulfillment by the Planetarium Administration of the terms of these Rules and the good condition of the property and equipment of the Planetarium.
8.8.4. For the security of Visitors' personal belongings.
8.8.5. For things lost or left unattended while in the Planetarium.
8.8.6. For fake tickets and tickets purchased from non-official Ticket distributors / partners of the Planetarium.

In case the Visitor who deposited the items loses the number token, the items shall be returned only after compensating the price (value) of the token to the Planetarium by the Visitor, and if the Visitor who claims to receive the things has an identity document (passport, visa, driver's license, etc.), in the presence of the Planetarium Administrator. The return of things must be formalized by an appropriate act. At the same time, the Visitor, who claims to receive items, is obliged to confirm that the things belong to him (receipts, distinctive features of the thing, etc.).
5.9. For things not claimed and/or forgotten by Visitors, the cloakroom attendant shall describe them in the presence of the senior administrator and hand them over for safekeeping.
6. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE PREMISES OF THE PLANETARIUM
6.1. Bringing any kind of firearms, gas or cold steel weapons to the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, regardless of the availability of documents entitling to bear them, except for law enforcement officers who have service weapons and visit the Planetarium on official business.
6.2. Bringing into the premises (locations) of the Planetarium special means (gas canisters, electric shock devices, etc.), piercing, cutting, large-sized items, large packages and other items that can be used to cause bodily harm, pyrotechnic products, explosive, radioactive, flammable, poisonous and caustic substances and things with an unpleasant odor, laser pointers, any aerosols, beverages in any container, alcoholic drinks and drugs.
6.3. Bringing and consuming food and beverages purchased in any other public catering establishments, supermarkets, shops, etc. in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
6.4. Entering into the premises (locations) of the Planetarium with bicycles, skates, strollers, sleds, on roller skates, in dirty clothes and in a state of alcoholic, toxic, drug intoxication, in a manner that offends human dignity or violates the moral principles of society.
6.5. Drinking low-alcohol and alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
6.6. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes (vaporizers)/ is strictly prohibited in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
6.7. Gambling (playing cards, etc.) in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, which is prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
6.8. Staying in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium with animals.
6.9. Violating the silence, using obscene language, lying down on places intended for sitting, putting your feet on the backs of chairs and tables, talking loudly during Events in the Planetarium, using mobile communication devices, as well as other devices. The mobile phones must be muted during the Events.
6.10. Littering and/or throwing foreign objects, including pyrotechnic products, in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, as well as carrying out other actions that violate the procedure for holding Events in the Planetarium.
6.11. Screaming or performing other actions that degrade dignity of participants of an Event, the Visitors, as well as limiting or violating the rights of other Planetarium Visitors otherwise.
6.12. Wearing or displaying signs or other symbols aimed at inciting racial, social, national and religious enmity.
6.13. Staying in the passages, on the stairs or in the evacuation areas during the Events, creating obstacles to the movement of the participants of the Events, climbing fences, parapets, lighting devices, platforms for sound-amplifying equipment and television filming, masts, roofs, supporting structures, damaging facilities and elements of building design, other equipment, to cause damage to the Planetarium's property.
6.14. Creating obstacles to the work of the Planetarium's employees and entering the Star Theater, as well as other service and technical premises, without the permission of the Planetarium Administration.
6.15. Trading, making inscriptions, posting and distributing advertisements, posters and other informational products without the written permission of the Planetarium Administration.
6.16. Littering and scattering various objects (wraps, chewing gum, bottles, napkins, food leftovers, etc.), leaving things, bags, packages and other hand luggage unattended on the territory of the Planetarium.
6.17. Taking photos and/or videos, using any equipment during the Event without the permission of the Administration.
6.18. During the event, it is forbidden to get up from your seat, to move from the place specified in the ticket to another place.
6.19. It is forbidden to leave children under 12 years of age unattended during the entire visit to the Planetarium.
7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES WHEN VISITING THE PLANETARIUM
7.1. The visitor has the right and undertakes to:
7.1.1. Attend the Event (Events) specified in the Ticket purchased by the Visitor, and to receive high-quality services.
7.1.2. The Visitor has the right to receive information about the Event(s) in the Planetarium and other services available in the Planetarium, as well as information about the discount system, certificates and/or subscriptions.
7.1.3. The Visitor has the right to make comments and suggestions regarding the activities of the Planetarium.
7.1.4. The Visitor undertakes to comply with these Rules, the rules of fire safety and public order.
7.2. The Administration of the Planetarium has the right and undertakes to:
7.2.1. Carry out a public showing of the Events according to the schedule of the Planetarium, to provide the Visitor with information about the Events and the Planetarium for familiarization.
7.2.2. Carry out a visual inspection of Visitors, in order to comply with these Rules and ensure safety, and exclude the fact of bringing prohibited items into the Planetarium.
7.2.3. Refuse the Visitor to attend the Event (without compensation for the price (cost) of attending the Event specified in the Ticket) on the following grounds:
- Violation of these Rules by the Visitor;
- the Visitor's disobedience to the legal requirements of the Planetarium Administration or security staff, law enforcement officers (including patrol police, security police);
- the Visitor is in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, toxic intoxication, looking the way that offends human dignity;
- the Visitor is attending the Event in untidy, dirty clothes and / or in clothes with an unpleasant smell;
- inappropriate, aggressive behavior of the Visitor.
7.2.4. Stop the Event in case of emergency situations or circumstances, threat to the health and life of Visitors, threat of material damage to Planetarium property.
7.2.5. Delay the start of the Event if it is necessary to take additional security measures without compensation for the price (cost) of attending the Event specified in the Ticket.
7.2.6. Force the Visitor to leave the Event and the premises (locations) of the Planetarium without the right to return or refund the price (cost) of visiting the Event specified in the Ticket in case of use and / or distribution of narcotic, toxic, psychotropic substances, alcoholic abuse, aggression by the Visitor towards other persons, disturbance of public peace or violation by the Visitor of one or more provisions of these Rules. In this case, the Visitor must immediately leave the premises (locations) of the Planetarium.
8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.1. In case of violation of these Rules by the Visitor, the Planetarium Administration may refuse the Visitor to attend the Event(s) of the Planetarium, further service, return and/or sale of the Tickets to the Event(s) of the Planetarium without any explanation, and the Visitor may be removed from the premises (locations) of the Planetarium without any monetary compensation.
8.2. In case of violation of generally accepted rules and norms of behavior, namely: obscene language, aggressive behavior, violation of silence in the Planetarium and during the Events in the Planetarium, use of objects that create a noise effect and interfere with other Visitors of the Planetarium, as well as violation of the requirements of these Rules specified in Section 6 of the Rules, the Planetarium Administration (Planetarium employees / security) has the right to ask such a Visitor to leave the premises (locations) of the Planetarium and has the right to call law enforcement agencies (patrol police units, security police), whose representatives can remove the offender. In this case, the Administration of the Planetarium does not compensate the price (cost) of the Ticket purchased by the Visitor.
8.3. The Visitor is obliged to treat the property of the Planetarium with care, prevent its damage, breakage, not to make inscriptions on the property of the Planetarium, as well as to perform other actions that interfere with the normal conduct of the Events, to keep the premises (locations) of the Planetarium clean and tidy.
8.4. In case of damage or impairment of the Planetarium's property, the guilty parties are obliged to compensate the damage in full.
8.5. The cost of material damage for certain types of Planetarium property (exhibits, equipment/facilities interior decoration, etc.) can be indicated in the Information about the Planetarium.
8.6. For drinking alcoholic beverages, beer,
low-alcohol beverages, smoking, including electronic cigarettes / vaporizers in the premises (locations) of the Planetarium, the Visitor may be removed from the premises (locations) of the Planetarium without monetary compensation for the price (cost) of the Ticket.
8.7. If the number token is lost from the cloakroom, the Visitor shall reimburse its price (cost) in the amount of 50 UAH.
8.8. The Planetarium Administration shall not be liable in the following cases:
8.8.1. For damage caused to Visitors due to their negligence, as a result of the Visitors' violation of the of safety requirements, fire safety, public order and these Rules.
8.8.2. For damage related to deterioration of health, if the Visitor's health condition has deteriorated as a result of an acute illness, aggravation of an injury or a chronic disease that the Visitor has before visiting the Event.
8.8.3. For damage to health, belongings, moral damage caused to the Visitor:
- by third parties, including other Visitors to the Planetarium;
- due to improper use of the Planetarium property by the Visitors;
- due to the proper fulfillment by the Planetarium Administration of the terms of these Rules and the good condition of the property and equipment of the Planetarium.
8.8.4. For the security of Visitors' personal belongings.
8.8.5. For things lost or left unattended while in the Planetarium.
8.8.6. For fake tickets and tickets purchased from non-official Ticket distributors / partners of the Planetarium.
