The premiere of the updated program in the Planetarium Noosphere: new space travel from 17.03!

14 March
Starting March 17, 2024, Planetarium Noosphere will premiere two full-dome films and four thematic programs on the occasion of the International Day of Planetariums.

1. The full-dome film 100 Years of Eternity (12+), which will take you on a journey from the most ancient civilizations and lead you through the transformation of ideas about the heavens and us to the modern starry hall. You will learn why planetariums are the result of thousands of years of humanity's achievements in observing the starry sky.

2. Full-dome movie Kira (12+) - the adventures of two desperate people, Eva and Max, who challenged the all-powerful president of the megacorporation Beccane, which in the near future will appropriate the most valuable resource on Earth - drinking water.  They are trying to draw attention to the consequences of climate change and expose the fakes that the megacorporation uses to manipulate society. When the friends are in danger, the mysterious Kira suddenly comes to their aid. But who is she and whose side is she on? Find out while watching the full-length movie Kira.

3. Thematic program "Zodiacal constellations" (8+), which will allow you to plunge into the fascinating world of myths and legends related to the zodiac constellations, as well as find out the answers to a number of questions: what is special about zodiacal constellations, how they help to find the planets of the solar system in the starry sky, what is the difference between zodiac constellations and zodiac signs in astrology, and many others.

4. Thematic program "Secrets of the Red Planet" (12+), during which we will explore the mysterious planet Mars together. What color is the sky on Mars, and what do Martian snowflakes look like? What does the tallest mountain in the Solar System look like, and how did it reach such a height? Find out in our new thematic program.

5. The thematic program "Solar System: Evolution and the Present" (8+) is an imaginary journey through the Solar System in search of answers to the following questions: how the planets appeared and why they are all located in the same plane, what comets can tell about the origin of the Solar System, and many others.

6. The thematic program "Water in Space" (8+), during which you will learn why, of all the planets in the Solar System, only the planet Earth has liquid water, whether there is water in space, where the liquid water from former reservoirs on Mars has gone, and many other interesting things.

The current schedule is available on the Shows page.
