The Milky Way Galaxy: Stars, Nebulae, and Black Holes
There are hundreds of billions of stars in the Milky Way galaxy, each with a unique destiny and its own mysteries. How do stars form? What are stellar nurseries, and how can we observe them in the night sky? How do stars evolve throughout their lives, and why do some of them become planetary nebulae while others turn into neutron stars or black holes? What future awaits the Sun, and how much time does it have left?
In search of answers to these questions, we will explore the most picturesque parts of our galaxy and even attempt to peer beyond the event horizon of a black hole!
